REALLY GOOD!

I was initially a bit worried about ordering from a site that i had never used. But i can assure you that this is a trusted site with some quality work and products! The packaging was very nice and safe to prevent from breaking and the size of the star map is bigger than what i had imagined! Overall I'd give 100 out of 5 stars! Love it!

Best 1st Wedding Anniversary Gift

It’s Beautiful!! Can’t really explain in words. Everyone loved this especially my Husaband ❤️ Thank you Slate Sky for an amazing quality and experience.

Loved it!

Impeccable Quality & Service

I’m sorry?????? Not only was the product absolutely FLAWLESS, but their customer service is refreshingly great! So basically I emailed their team requesting them to not attach the billing details to the package because it was being directly sent to a friend as a gift. They replied in a few hours and made sure my request was fulfilled. I absolutely loved the quality of their product as well as their customer service. Not many businesses are like this. If you’re ambivalent about ordering from this brand, I suggest YOU DO. Thank you!

Just Perfect.

Thank you so much for the wonderful service. We absolutely loved it, it was just perfect and the way i want it.
It was a gift for someone special and this made it more special for us.
Thank You So Much.

Good 😊

The packaging was good. And the sky map turned to be exactly the way I expected it to be. I really liked it. Thank you so much <3.

Amazing concept, a slight flawed execution

Received the awesome sky map.. immediate attention seeking piece however, the acrylic glass was not properly cleaned before placement hence, everytime I turn the focus light on it draws my negative attention due to dirt that I cannot clean now. Such a shame.
Overall a happy purchase.

We are sorry for the innocence, I'll pass this to operation team and get it checked and make sure it never happens again.

Awesome product

I like the professionalism and the details of the content.
The quality is great and it was delivered as promised.

Best gift ever!

Purchased this as a gift for my younger brother for his b'day! He loved it. The quality, the service everything is top notch!
Already looking forward to order more from this site!

Name ,for whom ,it is made should be included ,prefabably with a photo

i think ,it would have ben better if we show the names of major stars also
2. it should be packed on a Box ,if not digital ,with certificate of Authenticity and in digital form such certificate should accompany

1. All major stars names are included, but only visible stars at given time, date and location will be included in star map. not all stars are visible all the time at given date time and location, due to earth rotation

2. We try to be as transparent as we can with our customers. All stars maps made by any company are third party verified.

We know there are companies which prints a paper and give the line 'verified Nasa and so and so..'. We personally think it's marketing and misleading. There is no official organization that certifies star maps publicly.

e.g. under the lucky stars company doesn't add any fake certificate.

Awful quality and Incorrect info

I bought a starmap from here for my brother's bday. The date on the starmap was wrong, and bits and pieces of the frame came off when I tried to remove the tape on its back. The is just heartbreaking as I don't think I will get the replacement in time.

We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please send the images of the damaged/broken item to support@slatesky.in to inititate replacment
