Refund policy
Replacement, Return & Refund:
In rare cases of damage during transit, received broken frame/item, we will send you a fresh piece as an replacement. Just get it touch with us and send the picture of broken item along with packing images within 7 days of delivery, we will initiate replacement as soon as possible.
If you have done any mistake in giving custom details while placing the order, We would advise you to get it touch with us within 30 mints of placing the order on support@slatesky.in otherwise you'll be held responsible for it. We won't be able change the details after 30 minutes of placing the order, or if the order is processed. In such case no replacement or refund would be done. (we show you all details on cart page, order success page and in order confirmation mail)
Once placed order can not be cancelled, only details can be changed within 30 mints of placing the order.
If you have mentioned wrong/incomplete phone number or pin code or address details, you'll be responsible for it. Delivery will be attempted maximum 3 times as per courier company's policies and rules, if you're not available at the time of delivery or premise is closed, or refuse the delivery or not able to share the delivery code or not reachable / unresponsive at the time of delivery, We won't be doing return or replacement or refund in such cases due to custom nature of the item. If it's returned to us, you have to pay for reshipping within 10 days to be eligible for reshipping, If it's delivered to wrong address due to wrong information provided by you, We won't be able to help you.
For any kind of order related issues mentioned on this page or any other queries. Do not message us any social media email is only valid channel for communication. Any social media platform is not our valid support channel. You'll get automated reply over social media.
Once placed order can not be refunded or cancelled since each product is unique and custom made and designed for you. Additionally we may add, update or delete color, design or feature/functionality at any given moment. Dispute based on that will not be considered as a valid reason for return or replacement. We have also mentioned additional important notes and tips in the description of products, please take note of those tips and notes. Dispute based on above points will not be considered as a valid reason for return or replacement.
Delivery will be as per government guidelines and delivery time may vary with constantly changing government regulations or any natural reasons like Heavy Rain/ Fog /Snow. In such cases it may take longer than mentioned time, in such cases no refund/return will be done based on delivery time dispute. Please note that based on courier company's operational limitations and capacity service on different pincode may change at anytime and may cause any additional delays. Dispute based on above points will not be considered as a valid reason for return or replacement.
