Shipping policy

Since each star map is custom-made, we take 4-5 working days for processing (print and frame) your star-map. Once item is processed, you'll get tracking details. Delivery time is 10-12 days*. So if you’re planning to gift this for a specific occasion, be sure to order at least 12 days in advance just to be safe side, because courier delay can happen any time considering holidays or any other natural situations like flood etc.

Delivery will be as per government guidelines and delivery time may vary with constantly changing government regulations or any natural reasons like Heavy Rain/ Fog /Snow. In such cases it may take longer than mentioned time, in such cases no refund/return will be done based on delivery time dispute. Please note that based on courier company's operational limitations and capacity service on different pincode may change at anytime.

If you have done any mistake in giving custom details while placing the order, We would advise you to get it touch with us immediately (within 60 mints of placing the order) on support@slatesky.in otherwise you'll be hold responsible for it. We won't be able to cancel or change the details after that. In such case no replacement or refund would be done.
